Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, we are sincerely asking for your understanding.

We have recently opened our doors back for AYCE and dine-in after weeks of closure. Our goal is to be able to serve the best possible dishes for everyone in the community. We understand that many of you are practicing social distancing at home, so we did our best to cater to dine-in customers and online orders at the same time.

We are getting a lot of online orders all while doing dine-in and we are doing our best to fulfill everything. It is never our intention to have our customers wait but things get pretty hectic and there are unavoidable problems along the way. Thus, please understand the following difficulties and how we’re approaching the situation:

• We are currently understaffed but we are actively hiring so we are adding more staff very soon.

• We always make sure to give you the most accurate possible fulfillment time of your orders, so please come on time and avoid coming too early to pick up your orders. This may cause a longer wait time on your end. Also, in order to prevent our guests from waiting too long in their cars, our staff is fully trained to call the customer as soon as the order is ready.

• There were a few times that we’ve encountered connection problems and technical issues, thus we’ve upgraded our hardware to a much better version.

As the Governor has announced today that restaurants must now close again for dine in starting this weekend, we ask for your continued patience and understanding. Our staff works tirelessly to serve the community despite unprecedented conditions that no restaurant can be prepared for. We will continue to offer our amazing promotions to help give you some sense of normalcy during these times as well as continue to do our best to navigate through this.
