Nigirisushi
Directly, Nigiri translates to “two fingers”. Nigiri is one of the most traditional types of sushi, consisting of fresh fish or vegetables draped over small pods of seasoned sushi rice. Another form is called Gunkan Nigiri, a special form of nigirizushi and is shaped by hand, just like nigiri. Gunkan are “boat-shaped” cubes of sushi rice wrapped in a tall strip of seaweed to create a bowl that can be filled with a topping.
Maki
Cut sushi rolls are some of the most well-known versions of sushi. Cut rolls, or maki, are made by rolling the ingredients into a long log and cutting it into 6-8 bite-sized pieces, and is intended to be shared among many people.
Hand Rolls
Temaki Sushi is sometimes called a “hand roll” because it is made of a rolled cone of seaweed, wrapped around rice and fillings. A hand roll is cone shaped and it resembles the shape of an ice cream cone.
Izakaya
These foods stimulate the appetite and is usually served before a meal. These starters are guaranteed to get your taste buds ready and excited for the main course.

We serve ice-cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for everyone to enjoy. Hot beverages are being served too. Please note that our alcoholic drinks are served only to customers aged 21 and above.
